By accessing or using AnyTime Travels ride booking application and website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the service.

Definitions

• "Company" - Refers to AnyTime Travels
• "User" - Any individual who uses our services
• "Driver" - Registered driver providing transportation services
• "Ride" - Transportation service provided from pickup to drop location
• "Service" - The ride booking platform and related services

User Accounts

To use our services, you must register for an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use
• Be at least 18 years old to use our services

Ride Booking

When booking a ride through our platform:

• You agree to provide accurate pickup and drop locations
• You will pay the fare as calculated by our system
• Additional charges may apply for waiting time, tolls, or route changes
• Cancellation fees may apply as per our cancellation policy
• You must be ready at the pickup location at the scheduled time

Driver Registration

Drivers registering on our platform must:

• Provide valid and authentic documents (Driving License, RC, Insurance, etc.)
• Maintain valid vehicle documents and insurance
• Keep vehicle in good working condition
• Follow traffic rules and safety regulations
• Treat passengers with respect and professionalism
• Not refuse rides based on destination or passenger characteristics

Payments and Fees

Our payment terms include:

• Fares are calculated based on distance, time, and vehicle type
• Payment can be made via cash, card, or digital wallet
• Admin commission will be deducted from driver earnings
• All prices are inclusive of applicable taxes
• Refunds will be processed as per our refund policy

Cancellation Policy

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AnyTime Travels shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
• Delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our control
• Actions or conduct of third-party drivers

Prohibited Activities

Users are prohibited from:

• Using the service for illegal purposes
• Harassing or abusing drivers or other users
• Damaging vehicles or property
• Manipulating fares or payment systems
• Creating multiple accounts fraudulently

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that violates these terms, including but not limited to:

• Fake or fraudulent ride bookings
• Providing false information
• Non-payment of dues
• Violation of safety regulations
• Harassment of drivers or support staff

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes via:

• Email notification to registered users
• In-app notification
• Website announcement

Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
